Paperless & Digital Transformation

• In order to revitalize the use of electronic documents, the E- Document Promotion Team is carrying out activities to create institutional foundations such as improving the legal system, industrial research(e-document industry survey), establishing/revisioning standards, and raising social awareness(conference, etc.).
  
  It also contributes to improving social efficiency and ESG by promoting the digital transformation of paper-based tasks/transactions closely related to public life, such as mobile certified notices(conversion of postal services to mobile) and e-receipts.
  

  ※ Mobile certified notices are sent through private platform companies designated by the government as certified electronic document intermediary to ensure the reliability of electronic document delivery and are currently used by more than 400 organizations. This project was selected as an excellent case of OECD public section innovation.
